Our flush doors are heavy or severe duty cores with stiles and trails for increased stability and edged with 10mm lippings and faced with a substrate and either real wood veneer or high impact alternative.

All of our sets are maufactured to order, which enables us to make small quantity, or single sets as competitively as much larger contracts.

To help combat concerns over virus and infection transfer, in particular MRSA, we can offer a wood lacquer coating to our veneered doors. Our sets are predominatly used in high traffic areas such as in the health and education sectors.   The  wood lacquer coating we use kills most species of bacteria including MRSA, Salmonella and E-Coli, and it goes on killing them for upto 10 years.

It has a kill rate of 99.9 % over a 24 hour period and is approved by the FDA, HSE, EPA and BS6250 certified. Tested by Bodycote Lawlabs against a range of bacteria and by FDAS agaianst C Difficile. The laquer coating we use has received 3 award from the NHC Infection Control Rapid Review Panel (Surface Coating Category) against Staphylococcus Aureus, Methicilli-Resistant Strain (MRSA); Lysteria Mononcytogenes, Clostridium Difficile, Staphyloccus Aereis, Salmonells Enterditis, Klebsiella Pneumonia, Aspergillus Niger, Pseudomonas Aeruginosa, Penicillium Purpurogeneum, Bacillus Cereus, Saccharmyces Cerevisiiae and Escherichia Coli.

Bespoke manufacturing of door sets for internal and external use means the more traditional door construction allows for a specialist joinery product to accompany our flush door ranges.

With complete design licence and the capability to either match existing doors, or for them to made to a unique style, we offer paneled doors which can be either incorporate raised and fielded panels, or be flush doors with fixed mouldings of any design. Alternatively we can offer glazed doors where we replace all of, or some of the panels with the appropriate glass, ledged and braced or boarded horizontal or vertical panels .

Post formed door sets are the ideal solution for high traffic and hygenic areas. The post-forming process enables various ranges of  plastics and laminates to be bonded on to our doors, frames and associate products. This provides a clinical, joint free surface that does not support bacterial growth. These hard wearing surfaces can be produced to colour match any existing scheme and come with the same assurances as our timber door sets and are incorporated in our FD30 and FD60 ranges.

Accoustic Sets

An increasing number of projects require sound reducing door sets and we can supply a range of sets to meet this need, starting at Rw 32dB and going up to and including Rw 44dB. These can be engineered to allow for fire ratings of 30, 60, 90 and 120 minutes.

A versatile range designed to incorporate all our finishes, we supply a complete pre-hung door set to ensure all tolerances are accurate and all sets are complete with the all the required perimeter seals, integrally fitted in the meeting frames and stiles of pairs of doors as well as an automatic lift threshold seal at the base of the door leaf.

Our accoustic sets are supplied for almost any situation and are typically installed to music rooms in schools, recording studios, cinemas, leisure centres and confereence facilities.

Radiation Shielding Sets, or Lead-Lineddorset-xray

Supplying only complete doorsets for total assurance is essential. Comprising of lead-lined doors, frames, and architraves and stops we create the complete opening protection against various levels of radiation that are typically required for X-ray rooms and dental surgeries.

Once again all of the usual finishes can be incorporated into the radiation shielding sets to give an inconspicuous and aesthetically pleasing solution to these openings; whilst at the same time giving the necessary protection.
